Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags and sustainable packaging materials.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
